   can some one plz tell me where to find this weapon in the game

   Per your questions..quoted from the readme....
   
   version 1.0
   First Release, and most likely, the only one.
   Adds the blade along with the bladeguard to the top of the Tel Mora tower outside the top door. No quest to get it either.
