A little update I forgot to update the comments on!
Changelog:
+Added .frdv helper bone drivers that support tension maps on the left arm on NAKED, NORMAL, SCARF, GOLD (NAKED) and SILVER (NAKED) outfits, edited with with FrdvTool.
+Replaced the hair .sim physics file on the SV SNEAKING SUIT outfit to support both PONYTAIL and MULLET hairstyles.
Does anyone know if there's a way to not delete the strap that looks like a tail from the outfits?:[ edit: i just noticed they updated the mod and it brings back the tail lol sorry
Modifying pre-existing mods is a lot easier than making them, and stuff like this shouldn't be too difficult (the Avatar and Snake are essentially the same model anyways)

I honestly do not understand having a no tail option and REMOVING it instead of just having either or. I get the "close to vanilla as possible" reason but to outright take away having the option and tell others they can just make it themselves is an unusual choice.
It wasn't removed, it's just not the direction the team has been taking with recent updates. Older versions of the mod still contain it the old model edits.
Not sure what I'm doing wrong then, since I've tried using the older versions and they don't work. So I tried moving the model files from the old .mgsv to the new and still does not work. I also tried installing both at once overwriting files when prompted and did it both ways, old first then new, and new first then old and still no luck. I get the no tail part but my bionic arm is still there. I'm probably doing something wrong so any help would be appreciated because this is a great mod I just hate that damn tail. I'm attempting to use the bare arms version.
After doing too much to solve this I found using gzstool in your files not all the bionic arms were made to work with the reskin(pre-2023 ver.), conveniently the bionic arm I was using was one of the ones not included. Stupid mistake on my part, but for anyone else that wants the bare arms or direct action suit WITHOUT the tail just download an older version (I used the 2021 file) install like normal but make sure you do NOT have the Rocket Arm or Blast Arm equip as they will display as their defaults instead of the mod skin.

How can I make Venom Snake look exact like Big Boss, ergo Bandana without the robot arm in every single Suit, Outfit, camoflague, what's so ever?
I am overwhelmed with the many options and all what I want is the Bandana Version without the Robot Arm. How can I do that?

Might be easier to change the Avatar to whatever you're attempting to replace Venom Snake with. Maybe even as simple as renaming a file or two!
