There was concern that the other versions of this mod were infringing on copyrighted work, and didn't fall under Fair Use. NexusMods simply cannot host files that could potentially land them in a lawsuit.
I'll post it here, too, in case there's anyone else wondering.
.sbp files can be opened with the GzsTool, and the sound contents can be previewed and swapped out using Ravioli Tools (http://www.scampers.org/steve/sms/other.htm#ravioli_download). For example if you want to hear the Sortie Prep music, you'd open up the .sbp and drag the .stp file over into Ravioli Explorer From there you can preview and extract the music file, I believe the Sortie Prep is File0001 inside the .stp

In the future I might add more mgs-related themes, but tracks from other media are unlikely.
