So when I try loading the 100% file using No Development Requirements, It lets me deploy for free on every item except for some of the higher grade gear like Noctocyanin and the various suits, those still charge me like 60k GMP, tested this with a different 100% file with the same mod and it let me deploy even Grade 11 gear for free, no idea if it's a save file issue or a mod problem.
EDIT: Oh and I'm also doing this all offline, so that's not going online and running into server issues or anything. EDIT: Just tested without the mod installed and still getting that issue, pretty much all the normal gear + items like the Swimsuits have their normal deployment costs, but then stuff like the Grade 11 SV Suit or the Railgun have random costs like 51660 to deploy with Grade 7 SV_Suit or 31390 to deploy with the Grade 11. They don't take any resources but it's still weird.
That is because this "higher grade gear" is developed online and the mod only affects normal gear that doesn't require a connection to the server to be developed and used. I degrade them whenever I deploy since they're not worth using in singleplayer, they're mostly designed for FOB gameplay against other players.
I don't think it's possible to edit these kind of items atleast not without getting banned.

There was a different save file set that was also 100% that didn't have that issue, and this is also *without* the mod installed, so just this particular save. It's not unmanagable especially since if using the mod it's only costing GMP and not resources with it, but not sure what causes that even when it's no mod + offline only, especially when the deployment amounts are pretty random like 31000 for a Grade 7 SV_Suit but then like 15000 for the Grade 11 SV_Suit, it's weird.
So question, I was able to equip the infinity bandana (i had a save past mission 2 from years ago so i went from there) but when i equipped an outfit without a head slot, the infinity bandana is completely gone (like when i switch back to a uniform with a head slot), any idea as to the issue?
I think I have an obscure issue, upon lanching the game with the gameplus full farm I cannot tab in, the game attemps to fullscreen but it ends putting me back on the same screen I started on, I have tried -windowed in launch options which does not work, then I tried spamming alt-enter while tabing in, that did not work either, upon launching the game with a backup of my original save Im able to tab in and play the game.

The mod you are using was last updated in 2022 and my save is from version 2023.
Try searching for a mod that is updated.

Tested it without the mod and ran into the same issue, even when using a fresh copy of the save file and offline.
