    Locked
    Sticky
Finally online items have been defeated! (Mostly.) This version is hopefully bug free; but as usual, if I've missed something, feel free to report it in the bugs tab or in the comments.

Please check the troubleshooting section first though!

It unlocks all of the camo patterns. If you're playing online, you'll need to have the blueprints for the FOB ones unlocked.

There's this weird thing happening that when I hover over certain weapons it causes my game to crash. Idk if anybody else is having this problem but I cant use snipers because of it. Please help.

You likely have an outdated weapon mod installed. Old infinite ammo and suppressor mods are common culprits.

Could "Tier 3 Infinite Suppressors" by BlackRock1207 be risky?

That mod should be ok. It's generally weapon mods last updated prior to mid-2018 that cause issues. Mid-2018 was the last time the game's scripts were updated.

Save data is automatically backed up to <Steam install folder>\userdata\<id>\287700\remote\TPP_GAME_DATA1. If you didn't play much with the mod installed, there's a chance the backup is from before you installed the mod. Otherwise, sorry; but no.

Sounds like an error with SnakeBite itself. You may want to restore the game's vanilla files through SnakeBite's settings and then re-setup SnakeBite. Note that you will need to reinstall any previously installed mods.

Everything should be unlocked at that point. Have you double checked in the sortie prep?

Online items will still have deployment costs if you are connected to Konami's server.

bro.. why couldnt you specify that it UNLOCKS all items, instead of getting rid of the requirements? Now i have to clean my entire save, I HAD COMPLETED HALF OF THE FREAKING GAME! And now i have to get rid of ALL of that proggres! YOU Really need to be SPECIFIC when making a FILE Description, i hope you get my message.

At the very beginning of the description:
      --Changes in this Release--

      • Equipment is now automatically unlocked.

This litteraly happened to me now and my save is f*cked thanks to you... the name of the mod is No development requirements but it should be UNLOCK ALL ITEMS FOR FREE. And I have no f*cking idea how I can go back to my save now... jesus christ.

Both of these guys are idiots, literally says at the very beginning everything will be unlocked for you... they just can't read. Thanks for the mod.

If you read back in the comments you'll see many people having the same issue. It's because the name of the mod is misleading. No more dev requirements does not equate to unlocking everything instantly. Even if that is mentioned on the mod page. Clear titles are imperative. But ha... what am I saying, you're obviously a hyper intelligent snowflake who knows it all.

Hey I just started playing this game modded (didn't finish it in the past) and came across this comment section. I'm confused. What happened to your save if you install this mod? It unlocking everything breaks your save? Or is it if you install this mod before Episode 2?

Sorry if this question is silly.

The mod won't break your save (unless you install it before completing Episode 2). Simply put, he didn't read the description, and is mad that the mod unlocks everything. If you've read the description and understand what the mod does, you'll be fine.

L, little babys save is gone wahhh
    8. Not only that, if you use items and uniforms (which you most likely have to, because of FOBs) you unlocked with this mod, the game won't let you deploy on fobs. Effectively fucking your save file permanently because you can't develop anying "legitimately" anymore. Try reporting the issue though, you'll be met with "should have read the description lol haha"

Completely wrong. You only can't deploy to FOBs with online items you haven't developed legitimately. Don't use those items, and you can deploy to FOBs with no issues. Also, if you uninstall the mod, those items will relock, and you can develop them legitimately at that point. Your save will never be completely locked from doing FOBs using this mod.

Also, if you aren't reading the description for mods you choose to install, you DO only have yourself to blame for issues that would have been avoided had you read it. Mod authors write descriptions for a reason. If you choose not to read them, that's on you.
    10. Your save will never be completely locked from doing FOBs using this mod.
It literally does? You can't develop anything legitimately after installing this mod, even after uninstalling, because it literally unlocks everything. Genuinely my first time seeing a "mod" creator spreading misinformation about their own "mod."

you DO only have yourself to blame
No? You didn't specify that high grade versions of uniforms and bionic arms will trigger the glitch aswell. Maybe fix yourself before looking for people to blame. How self centered are you?

Gotta give hats off though, it's a genuine feat for a malicious file that breaks multiple site rules to stay on this long.

Edit: Didn't know you were sad enough to delete comments and ban people trying to report issues after realising you're wrong, instead of fixing issues. Anyway.

This file also breaks free mine and free camera placement, none of them were not specified by you. Go ahead and try deleting this too after i called you out on your bullshit.

      Again, you're completely wrong.

It literally does? You can't develop anything legitimately after installing this mod, even after uninstalling, because it literally unlocks everything. Genuinely my first time seeing a "mod" creator spreading misinformation about their own "mod."
Offline items are permanently unlocked. FOBs do not check the validity of how offline items are unlocked. You can use offline items that weren't unlocked legitimately all you want on FOBs. Konami's server has priority on the unlock status of online items (the ones that cause the issue). Connecting to Konami's server without the mod installed will cause these items to relock.

No? You didn't specify that high grade versions of uniforms and bionic arms will trigger the glitch aswell. Maybe fix yourself before looking for people to blame. How self centered are you?
      Perhaps try reading the description:
Issue: I am booted back to the ACC upon deploying on FOB missions!
This seems to be caused by deploying to FOB missions with online items you haven't developed legitimately (excluding weapons; they work fine regardless of if they were developed legitimately or not). Unfortunately, this is currently not fixable. So the solution is to only use online items you have developed legitimately when deploying to FOB missions.
I did, in fact, specify exactly what causes the bug. If you read the description, you would know that. Yes, quite self-centered of me to make a free mod available to others and write a troubleshooting section for issues they may run into. In the end, I don't care if you use my mod or not. But if you're going to try to bring up an issue with it, at least try to know what you're talking about.

Edit: His edit is also wrong. You can free place mines and cameras up to the level you have legitimately developed with or without the mod installed. I blocked him, because even after explaining why he was incorrect, he continues to repeat the same things and insult me. I'm not going to waste any more time arguing with someone like that. I have no problem responding to issues people may have if they are brought up in a respectful way.

TPP automatically backs up your previous save data to <Steam Folder>\userdata\<id>\287700\local\TPP_GAME_DATA1. If you didn't play much with the mod installed, there's a chance the backup was made before you installed the mod. Otherwise, sorry. There's no way to relock items through the game's Lua system as far as I know.
