Are you (the modmaker) still around? If you are, where is the option to turn off Diplomacy horse speed? I can't seem to find it in either the Diplomacy or PBOD options. Or (if anyone knows) is there a way to turn it off in .txt files like the old "tweaks" for original M&B, or perhaps add the option to the menu through the same method. That is, without using the Module System, which is not an option here as I don't have the original .py files (and I never really got the hang of anyway).
Nevermind, I figured it out. In case anyone else has the same question, I downloaded Diplomacy 4.3, opened menus.txt, copied the section beginning with "menu_dplmc_preferences" (until just before "mno_lord_relations") and pasted it over the corresponding section in the Diplomacy 4.2/PBOD merge mod. Seems to be working just fine.
I had this installed and played it until I realized that greaves and boots hardly appear in the vendor lists while arrows and bolts totally disappear. The OSP items do not make up for this loss either.
I'll try that other mod you were working on and hope that it's in a generally better state.
Great work !. This is the best mod I have ever played. I think adding more diplomatic conversations is going to make your mod the best over all. thank you for this fantastic mod.
Whenever I accept a quest to rescue a prisoner it will get cancelled about 30 seconds later, for no reason at all. The prisoners don't get released or anything because I can turn around and take the quest again. It just cancels out. I did this with a few different lords and the same thing happens. Is there something I can do to fix this? I've noticed a few mods I have played always seem to have trouble with this certain quest. (Some lords won't talk to you in prison so you can't rescue them, One mod I played they turned around and attacked me too.)

You could always try to download 1.143 and just install the mod that way also.
