Great mod. I find the merging of the unnatural hair colors with more natural colors, produces a far superior effect then the plain solid color that Bioware put in. In the vanilla Char Creator I would never have chosen the unnatural colors as they were just over the top ridiculous in most cases (cough cough clown green cough). But your mod really goes a long way to making them worth another look.
I am gonna put this in my download folder to try out for the next playthrough I do. Good luck with your updates it will be interesting to see what else you can do :)
Great mod! I'm just wondering if it is possible to have this ombre effect on only one hair color? Like say I want the black to red ombre for my Ryder, can I just install that color and all the others will be their default vanilla? Or does the effect have to be for all of the colors?
Thx for this mod i have ombre hair in reality sooo i love it But u can make a little bit softer versions? I mean the colors and texture sometimes look too harsh for my eyes. I playing ultra graph its not a bug i know...anyone get it what i want or how I meant it?
I know what you mean - some of the colors are intentionally really bright (the black/green, black/red for example). I can definitely soft some down, but really can't do anything with how the textures are applied to hairstyles - I will try to research it after I am done with the colors, though.
Yeah Green and turquoise what i want and both too harsh I liked the bright color just Color transition not the best or i dont know. Or maybe if u can make just only tip so lesser ombre hmm i dont know... hope u can figure it out the solution I have black and turquoise ombre hair so i love it
I know what you mean by the color transition, but the problem is that there are two textures: 1) color texture and 2) how the color is applied on the hairstyle.

This is a color texture, you see this one in particular is fading and blending. The problem comes when it is actually applied to a hairstyle - it uses vanilla "distribution" of the texture, so I can't change where what part is going to be applied (aka I can only change the tip of the texture, but I can't change how it will show on that particular hairstyle) - that's also why some hairstyles looks better or worse. There* should* be a way to change it (but no promises!), and as I said, I will try to research it (and eventually change too) after the recolors are done.
Hey there! I'm so happy I was able to get this working I love the dual colors. I was wondering, I know you have listed a black/white, white/black; I was wondering if the either of those options would be like black hair with white roots? Yeah, there are many shades of grey that I want to tweak too. Not to that manner that grey-haired people before would now run with vibrant red and blond hair, (I'll stay true to the hue category) but still that they look more interesting.
Yes, you can use hair recolor for her + makeup/complexion mod together, they are in separate files. Not sure if changing hairstyle (meshes) is possible yet, though.
I seen complexion for Default Sara but no makeup ones. I heard that default Sara has to be draw on then upload back into the game if you want a different makeup.

Is it possible to request a version without tweaks, with ombre/two colored hairs only? I would be extremely grateful.
