I am greatly looking forward to using this mod. I've been using using several of your other retextures, such as the Dress Blues and the Fourth Casual Outfit (I have all four color variants, but I find I am partial to the blue- it is stunning!) I really love the detail you put into these textures. I cannot imagine how difficult this must be, as this is not something I even have a clue as to even where to begin! (Not to mention that art is not my strong point.)

TL:DR I love your texture mods and I am looking forward to seeing this one in game!

PS: I use the ALOT installer for these and it seems to work fine. ALOT explicitly states to NOT use ME3Explorer- I don't even use the auto-toc tool anymore as the ALOT installer does that. You may wish to let people know to use ALOT or the Texplorer mod for these instead of ME3Explorer.

Thank you so much. I've made a mess of textures by downloading various MOD, results about liara. After installing your texture, the beautiful Liara is back to her original form. I'm so moved to cry. I'm so happy. Thank you again! love you

    Hey,

I'm having some issues getting this mod to work. I have tried using the TPF tools to install the mod, I"ve tried directly uploading it through texplorer, but I always get the same result of this distorted nonsense. Any suggestions?

Do you have any other mods? Is it still bugged after Mars?

I haven't tried leaving mars yet, and I have many other mods, but there shouldn't be any that are taking up the same slot.

Many incompatibilities sound illogical, so it's important to always look at every mod.
IIRC Liara Casual Mod is causing some bugs on Mars, if you have it.

hello, i got the same problem, just delate this files from liara casual mod :BioH_Liara_00.pcc and BioH_Liara_00_Explore.pcc. Ofc i will suggest that you do full reinstall in mods, becouse missing pcc isnt good thing for alot version of the game

I’ll add the Liara casual mod to list of incompatible mods in the description.

Just an FYI, the liara casual mod does specifically state it is incompatible with other mods that apply to her default outfit. Don’t skip mod descriptions, saves everyone involved a bunch of time.

Edit: Thank you for all your mods! I use most of them. You make a ''Mass Effect'' better place.

It feels a lot like saying "The grass is green, the sky is blue" when I repeat what everyone else is stating who made the decision to install one of your textures:

    You do brilliant work!

Your craftsmanship is impeccable, and there's a touch to your textures that gives me reason to call them art. I hope, you will always find the time - and the pleasure in your work - to continue on.

Strange thing going on with this, I tried doing the tpf install on the latest svn, but that actually caused me3 explorer to crash and corrupt some of the dlc. Then i tried out the sourceforge me3 explorer and that installed it successfully. Just wanted to let you know about this and just generally curious why this happened?

The SF is outdated an it's ill-advised to use it, having said that DLC corruption is an issue that pops up when you mod DLC as much for the SFAR to grow past 2gig in size. The bloating of DLC is escalated with the SVN over the SF, but fixable. I've added notes on it to the first time setup guide's troubleshoot section as is it mentioned in the guide to bugreporting on the ME3Explorer forums.
TPF's should not have any trouble applying to either version of the toolset, be it SVN or SF. I can't do anything with toolset crash reports, if there is an issue with the latest SVN beyond those already reported, best to follow the guide to bug reporting and post a detailed report of the problem to the ME3Explorer forums so we can help you further there.

Thank you, i made a copy of my dlc folder before texplorer scan, can i fix the dlc corruption by replacing the corrupted dlc with the vanilla?

Yes =) There's a different method described on the forums but it's a bit intermediate skill required so if you wanna avoid that just go with the vanilla route for affected DLC SFAR =)

Thank you again for your help, one other thing I don't who to contact this about, it seems that the latest version of the svn me3 explorer texplorer isn't working, i'm attempting to scan my modded files one more time but it usually stops at 2420 every time, and i tried scanning a vanilla version but that didn't seem to work either, hopefully you know who to pass this along to, just wanted to notify people, again thank you for your help.

You can't (tree)scan on top of modified files, it will fail.
How did you vanilla your installation? Update through Origin without having first deleted the modified files doesn't work 100% of the time. If you copied in a vanilla backup, are you 100% sure it is infact vanilla? Check the modified date in the CookedPC folder for basegame files, all vanilla files have a date of 4/25/2012.

made a copy of both the dlc folder and CookedPCConsole folder, PCConsoleTOC.bin and PCConsoleTOC.txt, putting them on an external hard drive before i scaned it and before i applied any mods to them , ill try scanning the vanilla again

deleted both folders and files, did a repair and update from origins redownloaded all the dlc, but still when i use svn me3 explorer texplorer 621 still stops at 2420, which i think is where it starts scanning the dlc, the save debug windows stops on this line 7:45:29 PM: Scanning: DLC_CON_APP01 @ /BIOGame/DLC/DLC_CON_APP01/CookedPCConsole/Textures_DLC_CON_APP01.tfc, it only scans it successfully when you dont scan the dlc, again just wanted to notify people

You're better off taking this to the me3explorer forums at this point hun, it might be a toolset REV issue, might be something system specific, either way they're better equipped at pinpointing the cause =)

I probably sound like a broken record by now, but thank you again for your help and advice, i did go to the forum but didn't find a solution, luckily i was able to macgyver the problem by making two folders of me3 explorer one svn 620 and 621. with 620 being used for dlc tpf and .mods, and 621 for non dlc tpf and .mods. So far its been working great, again thank you helping me out, i really do appreciate it

If you could treescan with 620 and not 621, you can probably update your 620 to 621 and keep the 620 tree without running into issues. While its always good to treescan with the rev you are using, it's only really nessecary to rescan the tree between revision updates if you're explicitly instructed to =)

You can also stick to the 620 rev until there is a fix out for the problem you described, two other reports came in with yours on forum, it will be further investigated now. I've created a thread for it specifically now to track the issue.
      http://me3explorer.freeforums.org/rev621-texplorer-treescan-failure-t1155.html

And it's no problem hun, glad to help where I can =)

    Question here!
I gotta installed the DLCs, DLC patcher and I created the ME3tree including the DLCs.
I installed this mod -ME3 Explorer DLC version- without problems. But It doens't work in game. I installed the basegame version after It, and that version works.

Do I have to install both versions? I thought I just needed the DLC version.

    Thanks in Advance

In theory you can use the DLC mod to apply with either a basegame struct or a DLC struct and it should work. You don't need both and should only download the basegame mod if you don't intend to mod your DLC at all. Don't know why the DLC mod isn't working for you, I tested it on my system before release and it's the first I'm hearing of this. Unfortunately I can't test it again atm as I'm rebuilding my DLCCache after a reinstall so I won't have a functional setup until tomorrow somewhere. What you could do is use the TPF to create your own DLC enabled .MOD via Texplorer's TPF to .MOD functionality.

Usually basegame armor won't actually need a DLC enabled mod but this one does as you otherwise run into an instance where it reverts to vanilla on Eden Prime (From Ashes).

I scr*wed my save file somehow, so I gotta start ME3 from the beginning.
I reinstalled the mods over a clean BIOGame folder I had as back up. When I get to Mars, I'll check again if the Liara DLC retex works (in my game) or I have to install the basegame version.

Anyway, I must say that my ME3 explorer behaves in some cooky ways.

Got to Mars and the same results: DLC enabled retex doesn't work, but basegame version does.
It'd be cool if another user could confirm/deny this in his/her game.

Also, If this may be happening because of sort of a conflict with another mod, rightnow I just have installed MEHEM 0.4 and a few retex (all by Ottemis).

      TIA

I'll have a look in a bit, in transit home atm. I'll update this reply. Edit: Don't know what to tell you, it works for me ><
I'll download it here and see if something went wrong while uploading though. Also when you say it doesn't work you mean it's not applying the textures at all, neither basegame nor DLC?

I installed DLC enabled version and...nothing. Liara is still with her vanilla textures.
Installing after it the basegame version, It works. Liara has new HR cool and mint textures.

It's the DLC enabled version the one that seems not to be working. The basegame version works like a charm

.MODs don't always work 100% across all systems due to language/version conflicts/other funkyness. My TPF's are fixed format so you can easily use them to create your own .MOD with which is the safest bet tbh, texture .MODs are becoming obsolete for exactly this reason =)

In Texplorer go to "Mod Generation" then "Generate .MOD from TPF", select my TPF (use a DLC tree btw) and it should show you three valid textures, now go to "File" and select "generate MOD" and it'll create a fresh DLC mod for you.

Other method involving the TPF is going through KFreon's "TPF Tools/Installer" (it's under Tools). There's a guide on how to use it here: http://me3explorer.freeforums.org/using-the-tpf-tools-t937.html

As to the DLC mod, it works for me so while I could rebuild it, it might not make a difference. I'll cook up a new one later though just to be on the safe side.

This is really awesome, like all of your textures
I've uploaded a screenie too, sadly "only" in FullHD because the 8K Tiledshot would have exceeded the Nexus' filesize-limit quite a bit

Hey, loving your mods, even found the Remember Me one (loved the game, the only bad things are the CLOSE camera and holding player's hand with unskippable tutorials and very linear levels).

So, I can't really see in the images, does this mod makes her breasts part shiny/metal?
I know a mod that does it and I hate it,yours seems kinda shiny depending on the screenshot but I can't see for sure.

      Thank you!
The retexture is true to the vanilla textures, it shouldn't have any added reflectiveness on the boobs compared to the original but the normalmap is custom made so there is bumping for the 'carbon' which does affect lighting on that area (not in the sense of it being more or less reflective rather than it lighting up the height details better).
Best is to try it out first with Texmod before you consider permanently replacing the outfit through ME3Explorer. There are also additional user-submitted images if you missed those =)

      Thanks for the fast response.

I saw all images but noticed a little bit of reflectiveness so I couldn't decide, I'll download and check it out later, I only use TexMod anyway, it's safer, 'faster' and easier to setup, especially now that I found 'TexMod AutoLoad' on Remember Me Nexus: http://www.nexusmods.com/rememberme/mods/4/?

Tried ME3Explorer once and got destroyed by it, couldn't make it work even tough there are so many tutorials. xD
