Building on previous reiterations and to somewhat match the ME3 variant (at least, the retexture I'm working on there), I've overhauled and somewhat redesigned the textures for all quarians in the game aside from Tali. I'll let the photos speak for themselves.
Known bugs: Seams may sometimes be present, and I noticed in the initial trial scene on the Rayya that there may be flickering with the shadows. During certain angles the face will appear distorted; you can still notice this in the default textures with the eyes. Tiny squares might appear, this is an unavoidable tinting glitch during proper texture compression at 4k.
