Because there are different versions of game, that have different game archive .dats, and it's really easier to delete them all than try to differentiate. Afaik, save files are nowhere near main Lego directory, that shouldn't be a problem. Uninstallation .dat is.
hi sir, i think my .dat file got deleted after adding mod and all the characters and vehicles are invisible and cant even play a story, only shows black screen . can u help me with it ? :D
WHEN THE .DAT FILES ARE DELETED I DO NOT COUNT GAME10.DAT AND THEREFORE ALL THE THINGS I HAVE UNLOCKED THAT I FINISHED THE GAME 100% NO MELE HAS ANY MORE COUNTED AND I CANNOT UNLOCK THEM BECAUSE FOR THE CELE GAME I HAVE WHAT I CAN DO?

I’m having this problem as I have already installed this program before, I’m trying to get modded chars installed but can’t due to the program already recognizing installed files and asking me if I want to overwrite the files, I’ve tried multiple times saying yes to overwrite the files but it just doesn’t work

every time i try to add it to lego marvel superheroes it says catastrophic failiure,i tried to run it as admitastrator it still didnt work idk what to do and i tried downloading the older ones
Hey, I'm not sure if I just discovered something insane this tool can do, or if I'm just slow. But if you rename any Lego game to "LEGOMARVEL.exe" and open it with CMM, it will unpack the game you clicked on. So far, I've tried this with Lego Batman 2 & 3 and they're working flawlessly. If this is a bug, please never get rid of it, this is so useful for my crossover mods.
