Its called the Prequal Robe Replacement mod 1.1 which is not on this website, because the mod creator doesn't want it posted on any other site than https://deadlystream.com/files/file/412-kotor-prequel-robe-replacement/
I am *so confused* right now, because I just can't figure out how this is supposed to work for the life of me. The only .ini file in the folder seems to be nearly blank, so how can you use this as a preset? I already have Reshade installed, does that have something to do with it?
I tried to run it without replacing the OPENGL32.dll and now i can play it with your mod, But im not getting any visual results to know if the reshade is working, i think the game look a little bit sharper but nothing else.
Can you help me, i would like to intall your bigger OPENGL32.dll file to see the truly results of the mod. What can i do?
I forget that the Opengl32.dll i use its from a mod called "KotOR Grass Fix"
Edit i tried erasing the ini file from the mod KotOR Grass Fix and its original dll, i reinstalled Kotor and get ctd with your mod.
Hello, I am dealing with another issue. I can't see the games UI to launch the game or do anything. I can see the cursor but that is it. Every often when I check marked some of you inactive mods it would flash, showing the UI and then vanish.
It is just a black screen, but according to your program, it looks like it finally installed everything correctly and there weren't any errors. I turned off the AA as part of a suggestion but it didn't affect anything. The black screen persists.
However, I will say that although I can't see the UI, I can interact with it and activate buttons or launch a game, I just can't see anything in launcher or in gameplay or any menu screen.
Recap, I am testing to see what the issue, there isn't any mod incompatibilities, I just uninstalled everything correctly and then reinstalled the program but I still have the same black screen issue. Is there a setting in your menu that controls how one sees the games interface?
Why can't i open the reshade menu while i'm in the game? It worked before i installed this mod, i was using the "Fens" reshade mod before but didn't like it.
If I understand your problem correctly, it's because this mod is built using Reshade 2.0 not 3.0, the in-game menu is a 3.0 feature but many of the features this mod uses never updated to 3.0, so to offer more features I'm still using 2.0.
If you'd like to edit it, go into your game file where your exe is and look for the txt files included in the mod and edit those. You can do it while still in-game, when you press save it will update and the game will reload the shaders and play with the new ones after a second.
Hi, Deathjester90 ¿what version of reshade were you using with Fen's? I'm Trying to make kotor to work with reshade 4.2.1 but whenever i activate an effect the screen goes black.
This isn't really related to the mod, but what robe mod is that? i really don't like the vanilla robes and want to use a mod, but i can't seem to find any.
Does it with without the mod on? My guess is either your game is installed on a external hard drive that the game/mod doesn't like or, as some users have reported, in-game AA can cause crashes, disable the in-game one and, if you want AA, enable it through the SweetFX.cfg file that's included in the mod, changing USE_SMAA 0 or #define USE_FXAA 0 from 0 to 1 and edit whatever settings you want.
Having a problem not exactly sure what happened but anytime i try to load my game with the reshade it doesn't work all i get is this http://i.imgur.com/ohogLmm.jpg
I... have literally no idea what in the seven hells that is. My only guess is that you might be missing some sort of file? But all of them are included in game, so you'd have to be missing a driver or something. Trying reinstalling? My only other idea is to present your problem to http://sfx.thelazy.net/forum/ and see if anyone there has any ideas. I'm terribly sorry, I don't know.
Yay! If you want, you can open a file in the "Reshade folder" that should be called sweetfx settings, there's two different AA settings near the top. Turn them on and see if they work for you.
Can I ask how you got it working? I'm having the exact same issue and can't figure it out.
EDIT: It was indeed the antialiasing which i turned off in swtor settings. Works fine without AA, but now edges are very jagged and I don't see the file you specified Greyassassin. There is "sweetFX.cfg" but i cant open this file
I wouldn't know right off, I haven't edited the files myself, but if you disable it in game and want it through the reshade, it's #define USE_SMAA 0 or #define USE_FXAA 0, switch the 0 with a 1 and edit whatever settings you want.
