frankly i think the original has better hair but that darkside glitch really annoys me so i guess i'll just have to pick a trade off i dislike the least
Hi there, sorry to be a pain but I was wondering if you had HD versions of the portraits? I downloaded a mod that upscales the menus and the party character's portraits but now have a pixelated Revan lol
Either way, I really appreciate it and I love this character head!
Great head mod. How would I go about removing his beard, though? Not a fan of facial hair :P. As in, what would I be doing in Photoshop to give him a clean shaven look? Thanks. Btw, is there a guide out there that explains how people are porting heads over from SW:TOR to KoTOR?
The beard is just a texture, so you can just paint over it with skin. Or copy the skin texture from another head maybe, if painting over it doesn't look good enough.
"Btw, is there a guide out there that explains how people are porting heads over from SW:TOR to KoTOR?" I haven't seen or needed one but there probably is one out there.
Any chance of you making a version of this using the mullet man head? I like the beard work, but the mullet man simply has the better hair for the canon Revan.
The what now? I don't know what that means, as I am not adept at modding. Furthermore, I am not looking to shorten the hair of the head. I am asking if you could apply the beard and hair color to PMHC04, colloquially known as "Mullet Man". Or even transfer the hair of PMHC04 to this head. I've tried using another mod that moves the hair from PMHC04 to PMHC01 with your mod installed, but it causes a large, black hole to appear in the side of his face.
I hope you haven't perceived my request as rude. I simply wanted to know I you would be willing to incorporate a version using the PMHC04. I'm sorry if I have offended you in some way.
Misunderstood what you meant back then. The Alpha channel in this case determines what part of the texture is visible or not.
"I've tried using another mod that moves the hair from PMHC04 to PMHC01 with your mod installed, but it causes a large, black hole to appear in the side of his face." You can't just apply textures for a different model on to another and expect it to align correctly, they have specific UV mapping. You'll need to open the textures for that PMHCO4 model and copy over whatever you wish from this DDS in Photoshop, blend it together how you like it and then re-save it correctly. To do that you'll need the DDS extension for Photoshop.
I wasn't ignoring you btw, the website doesn't really notify me if there's a new comment so I have to check manually, and I'm not on here much. I think badboyzay had already achieved what you were looking for https://www.nexusmods.com/kotor/images/14

Thank you
