To install just place in your data folder in kenshi wherever it may be located.

Yes this may be a little bit of a cheat any improvements you want just tell me maybe in future I can make him with wings lel.

To Activate your Mod you will need to add in the entire name of your Mod into the file labeled mods.CFG Located here
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Kenshi\data
I use wordpad to edit the mods.CFG file
example ( from mine ) 
Selective Mod Double.mod

save mods.CFG 
don't rename the actual file, just click save in wordpad or what ever text editor you use.
it stores in your data folder where it belongs

To run your Mod you will need your new mod file and the mods.cfg in your data folder
then just run kenshi.

Side note
Save your Mod to a different area.
Every time kenshi is updated it will reset the mods.CFG file 
Sometimes the Devs add a mod of their own.
you can add your mod file line underneath the Dev created one.
