   GTA Gaming isn't around anymore, so the prerequisite mod you have listed can't easily be found, at least because you used the author's profile link and not the link to the mod itself. If you can find the link to the actual mod, or just tell us the name of the GTA Gaming mod that is required then we can find it ourselves. Otherwise, we can't use this mod.

   Does this get inserted into SCRIPTS folder or into gta 4 directory?

   when i spawn or get in the car the world stops spawning (floor and buildings) but the rest spawns plz help me.
