- added new interactive reticle for holo sight which is reacting on our target at the cqc. Pretty useful in cqc
- tuned scopes to match weapon they're installed - size, luminocity and directional recoil calm curves

- Decreased all weapons rate of fire for about 20%. It needs for proper recoil calcularions - NEED FEEDBACK ON THIS!
- Set scopes and reflexes quite more useful now - they're REALLY increasing weapon's accuracy now
- Fixed visual glithces for new recoil where is was possible
- added physical factor to npc's shots. They can destroy your cover, drop you off the legs (in case you're wearing armor) and even get you thru the walls
