If i may ask you, how did you edit the vanilla amount of max ammo, i'm not asking about that when you craft ammo belts and increasing that in bonus services, i'm asking about the vannila amount like you noted it in your description "Handgun ammo is raised from 24 to 72".
IF i want to mod this mod or make my own modifications similar to this but not so drastic for my own enjoyment, how would i go about doing that? What programs would i need?

I hope you must be having the original patch (*.dat and *.fat) files of the game.
Steps for doing this:
1. Save your game first. 2. Rename the modded patch files. 3. Copy the original patch files and reload your game now. I believe the save game should work as the game parameters are temporarily written on the game registry.
