12/6/2018: Update v1b added in file section. For use with last known ENB release. SSAO enabled, borders disabled, tweaks/adjustments made. I'm using Vivid Weathers (Summer Settings), Rustbelt Flora, True Grass and Ultra Interior Lighting. Feel free to play with the settings and release as your own. Enjoy!
I love this ENB and I actually really love the letterbox! But I was wondering if you or anyone had any mod suggestions to raise the bottom HUD (radar, health, ammo, etc) just *slightly* so its not going into the black bars. Any shot of me finding something like that?
This is really late, but I just viewed this page for the first time. Try DEF_UI. It allows you to move HUD elements around the screen and resize or remove certain parts.

I love this ENB, it's great. Not overdone, like the ENB's at the top of the "list". I use F4anson's light tweaks and Enhanced Color Correction and altogether this is just perfect!

the letterbox and the fps limiter.. the grain is okay, its subtle enough not to bother me but the letterbox and fps limit should be optional
edit: changed FPS limiter to 60, now to remove the letter box
