Hey man, on my Load Order it shows RhinoDOOM.esp and your sight mod needs Rhino.esp, I don't know why this suddenly happened because its worked before but maybe you need to change it to connect to RhinoDOOM.esp? I downloaded the linked Rhino mod
It's probably because this mod hasn't been updated since February, where as DOOM has recently updated his weapon mods. You could use DOOM's all in one weapons mod which includes the Rhino with x4 sights; DOOMBASED Weapons Merged by DOOM.
I'd imagine to continue using this outdated one it would either have to be updated by the author to reflect DOOM's recent changes, or someone would have to make a compatibility patch.
i can craft it but cant mod it i would say my fault but starting fresh install all i have are like 6 guns and doing sound test but love this gun hope u can help

It was dumping the files into the \ Data\Meshes\Weapons directory instead of the \ Data\Meshes\Weapons\Rhino directory...
I have uploaded a corrected version which should work properly now.
You could use DOOM's all in one weapons mod which includes the Rhino with x4 sights;
DOOMBASED Weapons Merged by DOOM.

Look in your %Fallout4%\ Data\meshes\weapons\Rhino directory and see if you see 8 files that have either Sight or Scope in the file name...
My mod may have put the it's files in the \ Data\Meshes\Weapons directory...
You should have a Rhino directory in Weapons from installing the base gun..
UnInstall and Re-Download the my mod.
I have re-uploaded the file... Give it a try, it should work properly now...
