Okey, there are some problems with semi transparent option. First is, I am a big noob in Fallout 4 meshes editing and second is that game handles transparency not too good so I will need more time to do this. If someone could help me with this I would be very thankful and give this person a credit for help.
Please help i put this mod in and now when ever i try to launch the game says Steam_api64 was not found, I was playing 2 min before putting the data folder in and have not installed anything else after
Damnit... I was looking for a mod to fix the windows on old houses... and instead this is the only option: opaque windows.
... Y'know what... I think I'm going to take a shot at this myself. See just how badly partial transparency is handled. See if maybe I can do what this mod couldn't...
Haven't checked said meshes, but assuming the glass is a separate BSTriShape, you can change the BSLightingShaderProperty to BSEffectShaderProperty and use a BGEM instead of a BGSM material file. You can than manage opacity via the dds as normal.

Spend more time playing, it's already been done.
This is why it is good that there are choices. Mods come and go.Two different mods may do the same thing, but have different features.

Thanks!
