How do you install this exactly? I tried with NMM and manual install into the data folder, and still got the normal theme. I do have archive invalidation set up, so I'm at a loss as to why this isn't working.
To clarify: This type of mod used to work for me no problem. But with this last patch, any mod that changes the main theme doesn't seem to work.
It should work normally by installation with NMM o.o. I'm running version 1.3.47.0 on windows 10 with this file, it works for me I can only suggest that you toggle the AI off & back on again then try. Failing that I am at a loss on what to do I am sorry
They simply disable the intro logos and video, and skip to the main menu. Again, this never caused problems before, but it appears that having the second line disables any music added by mods for the main menu.
Otherwise, I did get it to work. Just have to deal with the annoying SPECIAL videos again on startup. Good mod by the way.

Make sure under Archive you have
bInvalidateOlderFiles=1 enabled
Also in the main fallout4.ini file
bPlayMainmenuMusic=1
