There's only that one huge one at 4k - something to do with raider tents. The transform points to the tents (there's three of them), which in turn point to a workshop formlist to drop into a recipe, but then there's no recipe to go with 'em.

They're just tents, the triangular kind you find around in forests or in raider camps (there's one on Spectacle Island). The transform will make the item icon disappear though.
