    Hey I want to get this to work the armor looks very cool, but none of the variants are showing up at all at least not inside the institute I havent found any armored synths in the wasteland. Does this conflict with better synth relay grenades or institute power armor?

      It does not conflict with those mods. Did you install this mod on a existing save? If you did and visited the institute before installing, you might need to do a cell reset so that they respawn with the new armor.

    Sorry, I am not an expert in regards to modding, is this mod compatible with Institute Technology Overhaul?

      Yes, but you want to install the no weapons version of Synth Overhaul.

    Does anyone have a patch that allows me to use this mod without AE and AWKCR?

      The installer already includes a version without AE and AWKCR. Just select none at the AWKCR selection.

      Idk the, I don’t select either AE or AWKCR but it still says that synth overhaul is missing AE and AWKCR. Any ideas why? Because I’m kinda confused. (It’s the 4K BA2 version if that helps) Congratulations on 10 years by the way.

    I downloaded the mod along with the V.3.4.0 update  + PSI patch along with the AWKCR + ASE patch but the synths still seem to use their crappy vanilla armor. I thought that ITO - Lite (Institute Tech Overhaul) was conflicting with the mod so i temporarily disabled it via MO2 but they still seem to be using their vanilla textures

      It really just sounds like a mod conflict. Probably something overwriting the armor edits from my mod. Did you try changing your load order? Just give my mod the highest priority and check if it works. If it does another mod is indeed conflicting.

      I went free roaming around in the commonwealth and the Synths do seem to have the new armor now (great job looks way better then the vanilla toilet armor) but I have another issue, the commonwealth synths seem to no longer attack me anymore, they are treated as non hostile. (I dont have War of the Commonwealth)

      Glad you like it. It also sounds like you installed the mod on a existing save? If that is the case and the synth was already spawned it means that you need to do a cell reset. Then the synth will respawn with the new armor.

      As for your other issue, sorry but I can't help you with that. I highly doubt it is caused by this mod though. This mod only touches armor and not the synths.

      Strange thing is I just wanted to check because the synths were still being non hostile, so I temporarily disabled this plugin via MO2 launched back up the game and went to ArcJet. All the synths were now hostile and attacked me on sight. Which is really strange because like you said this mod just touches the armor. I have no mods that touches Synths/Institute other then ITO which I already uninstalled.

      After a little bit of investigating I seem to found out what it was. It seemed that AWKCR (+ASE) was causing the issue, which is weird considering I already installed the patch during the FOMOD installation. I disabled those two then launched up the game only to experience crashing which I assume was just because of the missing master. So I reinstalled your mod this time without the AWKCR + ASE patch and they were now hostile. I'm not sure if its applying to anyone else but AWKCR seems to be causing these issues even with the patch installed.

      Those two mods are kinda old and probably a bit outdated. I don't know if they are really buggy or not, but there are like better mods now that do the same. Unless you really need them you might want to consider using an alternative. I know I won't touch those two mods anymore and instead run stuff like ECO + NEO + LEO. Though you might want to be a bit careful installing and uninstalling mods on a existing save, cause that too can cause weird issues.

      Actually, I'm probably stupid as hell, I haven't played Fallout 4 in a while. The real reason the commonwealth synths aren't attacking me is probably because I'm allied with the Institute XD. I'm real sorry for wasting your time.

    I can't seem to change the color of the armor in the work bench it tells me that it's changed to what ever color i've picked but won't show up same goes for the synths who still wear the black/grey armor's when not having picked the black or white option can anyone tell me what im doing wrong so i can fix this? thanks in advanced.

    Hello hello, I was wondering if perhaps I could get a bit of help with this mod. So basically no matter what the left synth arm will never have a paint job no matter what and I cannot change it. Is there anyway to fix this:)?

    Anyone else having issues where the game cant even get through the main menu with this mod? Mine crashes immediately. after deleting it the game works fine. are there any known mods it conflicts with?

      CTD on startup is usually a missing master. Be sure to select the version without AWKCR and or AE if you don't use those mods.
