This mod will never be ported to console, unless silverlock team manage to port F4SE somehow. This mod is an F4SE plugin and won't work without it. That's why it is not possible to put this mod to bethesda.net.
If you have beta-version of game and love to use this mod, but it is not available for beta yet - you have two options: 1. Roll back to non-beta game version and play until mod will be available for beta 2. Play on beta, but without mod. In either case - please, DON'T write your complains about mod not-working in beta and continiously ask 'WHEN???!!!". Mod will eventually be updated OR there will be a notice if I decide to stop support this mod.

Check, that installed F4SE AND mod match your game version. 3. If step 2 is ok, then post f4se.log anf place_plugin.log from Documents\My Games\Fallout4\F4SE dir. To be sure the logs are latest, remove them before starting game, they should be recreated. Put your logs between [spoiler][/spoiler] tags if you have any mods installed, otherwise your post will be too big and unpleasant looking. For those, who have CTD: 1. check if CTD still happens if Fallout4 run without f4se. If it does - it's not a problem of this plugin. 2. If you still think, that this plugin is cause of CTD, then, please, post in bugs section, be more informative: what did you do, when CTD happen, in what place it happened. Also post your mods load order and send me you last save before CTD. Thank you.

Very good and helpful comment by VIitS: One thing I did a while ago is set the permissions for my steamapps\common, Documents\my games\Fallout4, and AppData\Local\Fallout4 folders (as well as all subfolders/files) to Full Control for Users(xxxxx\Users).
It means I have never had to run xEdit/CK/f4se/Fallout 4 in administrator mode, and never have to worry about old log files blocking new ones from being created.
Hello, I thought I might as well just post this here... I discovered today that my Water Textures or Water Lod (dont really know) cause this weird, square shift effect that flickers and moves when you look around. I searched the internet but only found one reddit post that probably had the same problem but they just said that they downloaded a mod on nexus but didnt want to check which mod it was. Could this be a precombines issue, or what is this? Maybe someone knows. thx
As a user with colored HUD icons/Labels, i am forced to use the "White" HUD colours. To avoid having my workshop outlines as White too i am using the workaround of applying on my Fallout4Custom.ini the option,
[Workshop] #Enforces the default color (Green) bWorkshopForceGreenDefaultShader=1
But with this mod installed it nullifies that Options. Is there a way to make it accept the variable?
Side note: Using F8 "To disable place everywhere" i get the green outlines back, but in that mode it defeats the purpose of using this mod.
Thanks for the update, TheLich. This game at this point is unplayable to me without this mod--the settlement system is my favorite part, but vanilla is so limited. (Once, in the dark distant past, I played without this mod. I don't remember how, but I suspect the answer is "with a lot more frustration.")
It does as the description says but, when you click on the object it goes back to having the boundaries. I tried to put a brick wall around my shelter but the brick wall won't stay. When I click on it, it goes back to normal. Awesome mod though, I have been able to do so much with it..
it still doesnt work for me, worked fine until it updated today. I reinstalled it and still nothing also for me there is no warning or anything it just doesnt work in the game. Anyone had the same problem?
Use older version if on pre-nextgen, the author refuses to place the 1.10.163 as the other main download. Or use the FO4 downgrader, and follow the instructions closely... to resolve your issues. Whichever version of FO4 you have and F4SE, should correlate with the version of this mod...
Not sure if i'm misunderstanding or if i have an issue, but i see no difference between using global axis and player axis. Shouldn't it mean that i can use the X axis to tilt things toward me or away from me regardless of whether i'm facing due north or south? If i'm misunderstanding someone please tell me, and i'll stop thinking about it and just do my best with things as they are. it's ultimately a skill issue on my part.
Edit: Also having issues with some hotkeys, namely home and end not apparently doing the ignore physics things. Got a bunch of tires and hubcaps i wanted to use to decorate the Red Rocket. I've tried setting my keyboard to American English, because British English/Icelandic keyboard does mess with getting into the console for example, but no dice.
Physic stuff isn't implemented at the moment. Author mentioned it somewhere in the comments. It's a shame because it's the feature I'd mostly want to use.

Disabling the PlaceInRed.dll stopped the issue, but now I'm left without a mod I rely upon. Do we know why the incompatibility is now happening when it wasn't before?
Place in Red allows you to move items outside of the build area, and scrap items. etc Place Everywhere removes object collision in build mode, which in this game, is likely stupidly complicated.
