Do you want to unlock the possibility to use the ballistic weave mods without joining the Railroad (even destroying them) ? If so ... I present you a small batch that allow precisely this.
Consider this as a cheat.
Installation : unzip this file to the Fallout 4 root directory (where are the game's executables) Usage : in game, open the console (depends of the keyboard layout) and type "bat enableballistic" (without the double quoteation mark)
