      Did you install manually or with Nexus Mod Manager? The Folder-Structure is fine, so it should install in correct directory with NMM.
      Did you change your ini for Fallout to recognize Mods?
      
      You will need to add the following line to the Fallout4Prefs.ini file below the section marked
      
      [Launcher]:
      bEnableFileSelection=1
      
      In fallout4.ini add
      
      [ArchIve]
      bInvalidateOlderFiles=1
      sResourceDataDirsFinal=
