It was just depressing and frustrating to put in the effort and watch the game crash when I clicked "done" and... stupidly they have no autosaves or saving before that point. You can't even manually save in the console.
I was gonna argue a tad, but you're right. Left facial structure alone. Changed hair/color, eye color, added beard, sun damage, scars, darkened eyes a little...
