All but removes recoil for Laser Weaponry, increases Recoil for all ballistic weapons

This will contain all modded weapons which i convert to work with my re(balance) overhaul. You will NEED to download the original files to. Though you do NOT need to actiavte their esp´s else you will have duplicate guns.
