      The console command to get this outfit is:
      player.additem 001153db 1
      Or you can obtain the outfit by killing Conrad Kellogg, if you do the story missions you will eventually find him.

    If you use the new AWKCR, you would be able to integrate all choices into one and make the armor moddable, like custom combat armor mod.
