If anyone perusing knows how to edit bump maps... or at least the sources to learn about it, send it over my way! Google is surprisingly not helpful in this situation.... although it might just be my search terms :/

    update!
ryfon has sent and helped me identify the normal maps! YAY!
I also upgraded my paint.net to accommodate normal files...

I've been changing the colors around for the normal files to test which colors make the file go up or sink in.... I was expecting changes but it seems that there weren't any in-game. I shall fiddle around some more. >:L

    update!
I might just hide the belt and then draw on the vaultsuit the belt lol... at least then it would be snug AND at the right position, although not 3D

    update!!!!
I did just that (close). It was a PAIN. fallout 4 texture, y u no display color correct color? The belt, color, and zipper, are more appropriate sized to serious OPM ....

    update!
considering belt resizing on experimental version, but OMG the memory of coloring is making me cringe with head banging. Also, I'm in the process of learning gimp. Not the fetish, but the program.

Also, a bug I found was that sometimes you have to drop the clothes you want to wear and then reequip it to make it actually show once you reloaded the game. It happened once, but never again.

Well most primarily they're referred to as Normal Maps in this game (and many others,) but for generating them from an existing diffuse/albedo you can use Crazybump or other alternatives. As for opening the existing ones - Photoshop and the new Intel plugin.

I can't figure out how to make the mod work, I've tried every combination of installing the main file, the experimental one, the gloves and cape mods, and manually installing the retextures, but nothing works... Has anyone else had this problem?

Why not make it a separate outfit instead of replacing the original?

I'm loving this mod, and it was kind of funny to see Vault security wearing lemon-yellow jumpsuits while running to the vault at the start of the game.

I also recommend a Saitama run with a power fist so he punches with only his right like in the anime, lol.

Any future plans to make the clothes a stand-alone item?

You should have re textured the Grognak Outfit instead, that would be fitting, just a suggestion. Thanks for taking the time to read this.
