Honestly, I see no battle for a veteran modder to make the cars actually drive-able like that. It wouldn't be too hard I suppose, set to first person, remove player collision, center & attach camera in car, center invisible player in car and give move controls to the car object (that might be more of an f4se type command), vehicle sounds, turn off walking animation for a more 'rolling' animation (once creation kit is released, we could steal it from the protectron rolling anim from FoNV ). -- reverse when car is exited. That would be the easy part. Hard part: adding animations, matching vehicle sounds to acceleration/deceleration/turning/skidding, proper acceleration/deceleration, proper car physics/handling, etc. First part probably possible with f4se. Second part probably as well just with a lot more effort. I might take a whack at it with my pal HaroldBawls...

But yeah it shouldn't take long as soon as the GECK comes out to actually implement something like this, then the only problem are the ingame roads which are shitty as hell as might lead to lots of road accidents

I came across this and first thougt was they cut alot of stuff out game of not finished, but look at harpoon gun it was cut but brought back in a dlc, so its a possiblity it well make it in
