Adds a Dogmeat2 follower, which doesn't take the companion slot

My first attempt at a mod...

This mod is a simple Dogmeat Follower, which doesn't take the main companion slot.

He is not lore friendly, and maybe a bit OP... I trained him on Legendary Mythic Deathclaws... :)

After installing the mod I would recommend looking at the plugin# for the mod in NMM and editing the first 2 digits in the prid command in the dogmeat2me bat file...

Start the game, goto the console and type "bat dogmeat2me" [enter] x two times ...  This should set him up and move him to you.

Then try a "player.placeatme 2499da 1" and see how you like him!

(( In the event that he just travels to you in a settlement(takes 30 seconds or less from start of game), the settlers will see him as a hostile and attack him.  He may kill several of your settlers... Just run out of town as fast as you can (or fast travel somewhere) and execute the dogmeat2me bat a couple times... Everything should be cool after that... ))

NMM should put the bat file in the %fallout4% directory and the esp file, materials\meshes\textures in the main %fallout4%\data directory.

The skin is a complete standalone from the original Dogmeat companion, so you can have two different colors to tell them apart. A generic black fur texture is included and please understand I suck at GIMP...

Here is the new Update of DarkShadows v.2.0

Comes Complete with a new set of DogArmor, which is also compatible with the vanilla Dogmeat ...

Stats are more inline with Dogmeat, albeit a little stronger, certainly not as OP as the original Dogmeat2.esp

DarkShadows Standalone Canine Follower

NEW INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS...  

NMM should put the bat file in the %fallout4% directory and the esp file, materials\meshes\textures in the main %fallout4%\data directory.

To activate the mod:
1.) Start the game and goto the console and type "help darkshadows 4 armo" and look at the listing. Probably best if you do this away from any settlement.
2.) type player.additem # (where # is the number of the DarkShadows Whistle)
3.) Equip the Whistle/Ring which should make DarkShadows show up in a few seconds...
4.) Click on DarkShadows and In the console type "bat SetFollower2me" two times and then type the command listed
"forcerefintoalias companion"...

((( Here is what happens when you do it wrong... You have been warned...  Note:  Most people don't have 12 Dogmeat "spawndupe" dogs running around Red Rocket, but my Settlers are immortal, or else the dogs would have killed them... HOW NOT TO DO IT YOUTUBE Video )))
