I just logged into this account for the first time in four years. I really wouldn't use this mod if I were you! It was very early, never really bug tested or updated, and doesn't do much. There are undoubtedly superior mods to achieve whatever you're hoping this will achieve. You have full permission to do anything you like with the esp and textures.
What would it take to make the meshes for children and mutants work in CBBE, looksmenu and Body Slide? that should really be the end game for these textures.
So i use this mod along with Raider Children, Child Settlers, Orphans of the Commonwealth and Animals and Children Settlers. And i would guess there is a big conflict between child settlers and Animals and Children settlers all along because both of it does the same stuff. Unfortunately the author of Child Settlers has hidden his files so i cannot check what this mod does and if i can delete it without losing too much of my game content. Any suggestion positive as negative would be useful. Otherwise i have to do it in style of Trial and Error. Thanks in advance.
I can only help you with this mod - put this mod lowest in your mod order of all those mentioned above. Raider Children will definitely screw up the female child body textures if it is below this mod. It will cause the textures to point to the base adult female textures
I think that's strictly because there were only a handful of kids in the actual release, which happened to be white (and one ghoul). The author of this mod did not go full-blown, he just edited the already existing characters to have different bodies. He stated it was actually more of a modder's resource. This does not add or even change anything about what type or how many children show up in the game. It JUST separates the the child body from 1 body for all to 2 bodies
