IF THIS IS YOUR FIRST FALLOUT 4 MOD PLEASE GOOGLE HOW TO ENABLE
MODDING FOR YOUR GAME OTHERWISE THIS MOD WILL NOT WORK

If this isn't, then extract/drag and drop all 4 .esp files into
the following directory:
"(DRIVE LETTER):\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data"

Enable them through NMM or by adding >>>>>ONLY ONE<<<<< of the
filenames (extension included) to your plugins.txt, remember to make
the file "read only" afterwards so the game doesn't change it back.

DIFFERENT TYPES EXPLAINED:

50 - pretty decent, if you want a little extra boost to your
ragdoll physics, definitely use this one.

100 - A little more boost, if you've ever wanted to blow someone
away with a shotgun, but still want to be able to find their bodies,
go with this one.

150 - A big boost, you might not be able to recover bodies to loot
with this one if you're outside.

200 - Knock 'em outta the park! Unless you're inside you're probably not going to find the bodies with how far you'll blow them away.
