Two different styles of guard helmet, revealing their Oblivion-esque faces.

Please read this description before downloading!  There are two versions of this mod, and you must choose only one.  They do different things in different ways but are not compatible just yet.


Version 1, pictured above, edits the vanilla mesh to remove the mouthpiece.  That's it - no esp, but there are possible conflicts if you have a mod that edits the DC guard helmets.  They still have the goggles.

Version 2, pictured below, edits the vanilla guard outfit to make them wear the unused Light variant of their helmet.  There is an esp for this, but no resources are modded and the new helmets are introduced into the game, minimizing possible conflicts.  No goggles on this one.

Version 2 only works on new spawns!  If guards already exist in your save, they will wear the old helmets.



Once I figure out how to edit the level lists to make them randomly wear one or the other, I will update with a version that does both.  For now, just pick one.
