So if I'm reading this right this changes the chameleon enchantment. So if someone added the chameleon enchantment via a mod like Legendary Modification ( http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/4042/?) while using this mod, then the chameleon enchantment would still work the way this mod intended right?
This mod changes the effect of the base chameleon mod (the enchantment) and the description from the actual modification. If the maker of that mod added a new effect (enchantment) then the mods would not interfere. But, if they use the original Chameleon mod and add nothing new then it would take effect of whatever mod was loaded last. If you need more clarification you should load the plugins in FO4Edit.
