Seriously, each of her traits is nice, if taken separately. The problem is their combination. Even if it's a matter of taste, there is indeed a proportion problem, imo. As others before me have more or less elegantly noticed, the forehead is the biggest problem (no pun intended).
I think that with some tweaks, you could make a very decent character though. Just persevere!
And that's fair enough. Don't be miffed about it, but since you've uploaded your char on a public forum, you should expect some feedback. Either positive or negative. Consider it with sportmanship, it's best way to improve yourself!
I just can't see the "problem" with the forhead or the eyebrows. She is for the people who like her. And that features may be a reason why someone would do so. I didn't want her to be more of the same, we already have here.
Well, the forehead is taking more than 1/3 of the whole head. There is no human being with a forehead that big unless they're suffering from hydrocephalus. To make things even more apparent, the nose is too short and her eyes bulge. Combine these with the thin lips and the mouth which is slightly too far from the nose tip, without forgetting the bushy eyebrows, and you'll see why people have somehow problems to see your characters face as harmonious.
That's my take on it, but as you said, if you like her the way she is, then don't change anything. It's your char after all.
Well, she is no human being. She is more of a comic character than a model of a real woman. That is my taste and is for everyone who shares it.
For an example, the "Gorgeous VAULT-GIRL" that leads the download - charts here, is ugly as sin to my eyes. So I provide some alternative for the minority that thinks like me.
So you admit she's not a human being or thought as such. Very well.
