now if only there was someway to add a tesla coil conductor & wires to that gun,it would fit & make more sense then lighting coming out of some random sniper gun

Is there any way to fix the projectile coz whenever I add the suppressor, the blue lightning projectile gets replaced by the default sniper rifle bullet projectile. I play my game very heavy on stealth so any update for this little thing would be greatly appreciated.
The muzzle controls the projectile - try the version I posted like, 3 posts down on this page where I added a version of the gun that has a suppressor on it set up to work correctly...
We literally CANNOT give you the ID, as it will change dependant on where the mod's plugin is in your load order. If you cannot find the ammo by typing in the command, then odds are the mod is not actually enabled or installed at all.
Be aware that the normal launcher strips ALL .esp and .esm mods unless you have plugins.txt set to "read only". THe quickest fix is to use and launch the game with F4SE...
This looks really nice, maybe once the GECK comes out you could make it available through a receiver modification, with a science requirement to make it like your character figures it out
FO4Edit can do all that - the author just hasn't (no need for the GECK). The GECK's release will be able to do very little more than FO4Edit can. Basically just it can compile and use new scripts, and maybe level editing (although technically you CAN level edit with FO4Edit, it's just UNGODLY tedious to do...).
I think the reason why mods that add new weapons with custom projectile effects don't use standard ammunition is probably because the projectile is tied to the ammo type, so you would just look like you were firing normal sniper rounds.
...And in the case of a sniper rounds, this would mean no projectile at all lol, because there actually aren't any REAL projectiles for any "bullet" type gun if you look carefully - they're all invisible, there's just a muzzle flash and a hit effect with nothing in between the two! >_<
Yeah, you can make it craftable, but there aren't any viable vanilla crafting stations for making ammo (most people just use the stupid Chemistry Station), unless you want to lock users into this mod requiring the "Crafting Workbench" mod...
