NMM tells me to mess with the ini file in order to get mods working. Funny, since this mod worked before without doing that.....what lines do I need to edit?

technically, if you carry 300 pounds that would ensure you couldn't run for more than ten seconds..just saying.. So immersion wise it would make more sense that you got tired in ten seconds..
Where's the logic in that? If he can carry 300 pounds and take 20 pullets he has super-human abilities meaning more explosive power and stamina, meaning could sprint for more than 10 seconds.
Works as described for me on FO4VR, as an added bonus when using the power armor jet pack, I get unlimited flight. This is the only way I've found to achieve this. Amazing and immersive for the VR version of the game.
