Shame this got abandoned. To anyone who thinks of downloading this, don't, it still suffers from DoT inbalance issues. Institute weapons are unreasonably OP and the modder has long since left the project.
I had to deactivate the plugin because the electric aura was messing with the missions. Like Paladin Danse Got hit by an electric weapon while fighting synts under the rocket engine. He never got up after being hit with the electric weapon.
i found at least one glitch... you cant get out of vault 111 without cheats. The Room where the roach gets fried now fries you also since you increased range and damage.
