Happens only for me once I hover over the perception suit. All the others are working fine, including crafting and attaching mods.
I have no experience with modding the game, but I will search through the files and see if I find any entries that seem broken to me. Until then I will try to remove that one suit from the files as a quick personal fix. If it helps with the crashes, I will report it back.
He did a pretty awesome job on the textures too. (I am a code monkey and I sure can't do texture stuff). You can swap Costumes textures though, it takes over any texture you use for the vanilla one. I clicked the mod cause I thought one of my fellow Coffee Cats had opened a Vaultsuit section. It is nice to see someone not slap +10 on it and call it a day. +2 keeps the game fun.
To the uploader: did you eneable the legendary slot? Since a lot use the Legendary modifications mod and that one requires the APPR to have that keyword enabled in the base esp.

The name is unavoidable as "S.P.E.C.I.A.L." is a game mechanic going back to the original Fallout.
