What's it do?

Adds 7 unique ballistic weave compatible vault suits with S.P.E.C.I.A.L. with a +2 bonus applied for each S.P.E.C.I.A.L. skill.

Vault Jumpsuit - Strength     + Fortify Strength 2
Vault Jumpsuit - Perception     + Fortify Perception 2
Vault Jumpsuit - Endurance     + Fortify Endurance 2
Vault Jumpsuit - Charisma     + Fortify Charisma 2
Vault Jumpsuit - Intelligence     + Fortify Intelligence 2
Vault Jumpsuit - Agility     + Fortify Agility 2
Vault Jumpsuit - Luck     + Fortify Luck 2

Can I change the colours?

Sure, choose your own colours by swapping out the DDS files under \Textures\clothes\SpecialVaultSuits\

The PERK is in the filename, for example Strength for Male is:
VaultSuit_S_M_d.dds
VaultSuit_S_M_n.dds
VaultSuit_S_M_s.dds
