Adds a bit of stealth capability to the Silver Shroud outfit. Also activates linings and weaves, IF you can build them in the first place.

Optional overkill version. Doubles the shadowed effect. The muffled effect increase at each upgrade too. Same armor value, tho. Rather unbalanced. (Standalone version. Use INSTEAD of the main file.)
