I only play 1st person. I am trying to fix slow melee. With player.setav 2d2 you can have melee as fast as you wish but when moving the weapon bobs fast. I have head bob disabled for walk and run but can't find it for sprint of stop the fast weapon bobbing.
Thanks for the great mod, I can finally be from dull vanilla animation and start to enjoy melee combat. Just one suggestion, though, could you slow down the speed of animation? It is a bit too fast at the moment and doesn't look natural.
PLAYER.SETAV 2D2 100 That is vanilla animation speed. PLAYER.SETAV SPEEDMULT 100 That is vanilla movement speed multiplier. I use player.forceav but I have not tested enough to recommend it. I was using 2d2 at 150 and speedmult at 55 with all base movement speeds altered with an .esp.
For some weird reason after installing this mod most of my fast travels result in a crash to desktop. I cannot imagine how replacing animations could break things that way, but it definitely did it for me. Uninstalled it and things went fine... it's a shame, I really liked it.
I'm not sure if you're aware yet how to change animations but if you do figure it out...I'd suggest your first course of action IMO would be to make them far more subtle...it's kind of ridiculous swinging your arms about the way you do in the vanilla...game....another nice features would be to especially reduce the *delay* between animations...as this ruins the fluidity of combat.
