i know im late but the way i fix it, is i remove the mod , start the game, then close the game (you dont have to save) and then reinstall the mod but keep it at the bottom of load order
The plugins for neither this mod or Patch Job appear in the plugins tab of either NMM or Vortex. Just spent three hours trying to solve this but nothing works. I can install other mods just fine, but not these two. Maybe the downloads are bad, idk.
Combine this with Sanctuary Homestead https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/28460 and you got a lore friendly match made where logically Codsworth would clean all of those up. Seriously Sanctuary not only the largest but the most amazing plot of land, trouble is, despite the wonders you can construct, everything still looks junky and you can't clean it because it's part of world static meshes. Remove All Junk mod helps too.
This mod looks great, awesome work with the textures! I think it's incompatible with Spring Cleaning though, as either that mods stops working or this one replaces previously deleted textures (dead leaves, bushes, house foundations, ect).
Man, I installed this mod using NMM and my game refuses to load half of my mods (Loads Homemaker and Spring Cleaning, but no Paint that house and Fix Sanctuary Roofs). How can I solve this problem? Thanks

And as someone who has used this mod from the start, I will download it greedily and gleefully.
If anyone is curious, I'm using:
1. Rickety Restored Sanctuary Bridge
2. Repaired Sanctuary Roofs
3. MB's Clean Sanctuary
They all work fine for me with this.
But I have a problem: it makes invisible the walls... ?
