moved 10mm pistol 1 tier highter, I feel like 10mm is a really good weapon and deserves to be at highter Tier comparing to pipe weapons.
added an optional files that delevels some leveled lists allowing for wider mod-variations to drop from the entry point into a loot pool and not only really close to exit point.
