Pretty much all your ITEM & ECONOMY CHANGES look great, with one exception, and that's the fusion cores. I'm already using a mod that rebalances power armor, and to then make fusion cores super rare as well would be overkill for me. Now. If you've just made it so you don't find as many in containers, but you still find them in their generators that would be fine. But if you've messed with the generators as well I'd really like that part to be optional.
I'm finishing up version 0.4 this week. There was still too much good loot to be found, especially stimpaks and rad-away, so I've more aggressively removed / replaced them. NPCs are more likely to carry healing food and ingredients instead of stimpaks. Stay tuned for 0.4 in a few days!
This mod is great because it just does one thing well, instead of making vast changes to the game that aren't compatible with other mods like other loot rebalances.
Version 0.4 is ready! Now there are even fewer stimpaks, Rad-X and ammo are found. Instead of stimpaks, NPCs mostly carry food items. Many stimpaks have been removed from the world, in addition to leveled item lists. Many other small adjustments were also made to loot lists. Enjoy!
Thanks for taking the time to do this. Loot in FO4 was very predictable and bland. Hopefully you can add a few more randomizing leveled lists to make it even better.
There's a few ITMs that can be deleted from the main version too.
Version 0.3 is ready. It is now split into 3 parts. The main plugin has the loot and container modifications. A new healing plugin has only the restoration item changes. The third plugin has gameplay settings, which for now consists of lowered ranged sneak attack damage.
There shouldn't be any problems continuing from a save file if you were using version 0.2.
what happens if uninstall this? how fast do items appear again at normal rarity? i want to try this mod and see if i like it but if i dont than im kinda worried i will be left with no stimpaks and ammo
is there a way to force a respawn sooner? or will i HAVE to sit on a chair 2 times for a full day?
what if i have a mod that makes enemies spawn after 3 days? does that mean i only have to wait 3 days, or do NPCs and containers not effected the same way?
You may join with this author have the same objective would be great union and create something bigger: here if mod Boston Wanderer - The True Hardcore Experience
TBO if I would advise collaboration I would go with Rebalancer - Gameplay Balance Centre by Jonnyeah, it gives waaay more option to tweak, but i believe they wanna make their own mod, and its not bad thing.

I'm going to use this mod for stimpacks, it nerfs their healing and doesn't fix broken limbs: http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/3017/?

Edit: Loving every single change, even the sneak damage nerf. I actually feel inclined to get that ninja perk now.

FO4 really gets too many loots.
