Are there some examples that dont correlate well, sure but thats really anecdotal, There is a correlation between height and strenght. Its maybe not unity , 1.0, but but its up there, probably around 0.7 to even 0.8. (especially once you control for the individuals sex and age, but even if u dont)
Is there an option to make the height different between men and women the average 5+ inches it is real world?
based on funiture I always felt nate was 5'11 to 6'0 so Nora would have been a real female outlier at 5'10 or so. This is the biggest height issue I see in this game. :)
I thought I was the only person who noticed! Fallout is set in an odd universe in which males and females are all 6 foot. I guess it's set in the Netherlands?
I belive there still is a significant height difference even in the netherlands But I think we cna agree that the height differneces in this game are so small as to qualify for inhuman.
theyre the same height at a default cuz its easier for animations and such, and we didnt care fore making "real life" height differences in our mod cuz f*#@ em, feel free to make ur own version i guess lol
My cousin is 4' tall exactly, looks 12 is in her 20's and has 2 kids. Now what. Seems like it's only okay to be prejudice towards certain type of people. I'm all for body shaming but lets be fair about it across the board lol!
The player character and all NPC's are not 6 foot 1. If you get the yardstick, which is 3 feet or 36 inches, and measure an NPC laying on the floor, men come out to 66 inches and women come out to 64. In turn this means that men are 5 feet 6 inches (oddly the same height as Todd Howard himself) and women 5 feet 4 inches. All this mod has achieved is made everyone dwarfs!
I don't know the exact height but I can tell you for a fact that the default height (scale in general) is pretty damn big compared to surroundings. I felt like a giant crowded into tiny British homes. Maybe it's just because I'm from Texas.
I'm making a patch for myself so I could use it with custom races, and I was wondering what the ai and inventory edits are about? looks like they're mostly on generic raider npcs.
I JUST learned how to make a patch so I could do this, so I have no idea what those edits would be for.
This is just my head cannon but food for thought I think Kellogg might be taller, just because his cybernetic implants another reason I mention his height is because when first starting up the game and he shoots Nora it's kinda wonky looking because he looks like he shoots the scientist in the shoulder instead. I like the mod though. thank you
