These are very handy for helping make a settlement defensible. When you start off with places like Starlight Drive-In and Finch Farm, those places have all the defensive traits of a screen door. There needs to be at least SOME obstructions so there's places to take cover in case of an attack. If these cars don't even explode, that makes these even better for my purposes.

After more reports of people getting the errors in Loot and FO4Edit, I changed the ESL flag to an ESP.
The Old ESL Version is no longer supported.
Simply replace the OLD versions with 2.0 and your good!
