Description: I sped up the animation of the windmill generator to roughly 8x faster than the vanilla speed. These were already dead slow so 8x isn't all that much but for me it was a much more bearable speed.

Installation:

1. Extract the Data folder from this zip file and merge it directly with your Fallout 4 Data folder.

2. Add "bInvalidateOlderFiles=1" under [Archive] to your ...\My Games\Fallout4\Fallout4.ini

3. Then set your "sResourceDataDirsFinal=Strings\, etc etc etc" to just simply: "sResourceDataDirsFinal="

4. Set the file to read-Only
