Very simply, all this mod does is add radiation resistance (and optionally, poison resistance) to the ballistic weave.
Use only one of the two esp's (they will conflict with each other).
This was made in FO4edit. It shouldn't conflict with any other mods (unless they mess with the ballistic weave itself). It works fine with Armorsmith Extended, and should work fine with any mods which add the ballistic weave to other items.
